about the company
THE PARTNERS
Oleg GusakovManaging PartnerOleg has more than 30 years of real estate investment and development experience. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering. He was one of the first people to earn the CCIM certification in Russia.
He began his career as a construction project manager with Bovis International. During the 1990s he co-managed development of some of Moscow’s most significant property developments including Usadba Center and Novinsky
Passage. He also built and managed the real estate platform for Aton Asset Management Group, where he raised and fully invested a private equity fund in completed property assets and new developments of 1.7M sq. ft.
George Miles JonesManaging Partner
Miles has more than 30 years of real estate investment and development experience. He earned an MBA from Emory University (Atlanta, GA), and a BA from Auburn University.
He was the Managing partner of AIG/Lincoln Italy, where he developed a significant portfolio of property assets in Milan and Rome. He founded and was also Managing partner of Noble Gibbons/CB Richard Ellis, which eventually become CBRE Russia & CIS. Prior to that, Miles was the Director of leasing for an American-Russian joint venture in real estate development. He co-developed and leased 6 highly successful office projects and leased one of the first modern residential complexes in Russia.
